A thorough assessment and cataloguing of how you do what you do to create your current success is a stepping stone to creating long term success. Almost every issue that arises in an organization can be boiled down to three questions;

- Or, is it both?
These manuals lay out the blue prints, form the foundation for the training and highlight the efficiencies or inefficiencies of the current processes.
